Order Processing Time All wholesale orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on weight and destination.
- Standard Ground: Shipments under 150 lbs are typically sent via UPS or FedEx Ground.
- Freight / LTL: Bulk orders exceeding weight limits will be shipped via palletized freight. Our logistics team will contact you to coordinate delivery appointments for LTL shipments.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier capacity or weather conditions.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. For Freight shipments, the PRO number and carrier details will be provided.
Damages WD Global Trading ensures all inventory leaves our facility in pristine condition. If you receive your order damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours of receipt.
- Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods.
- Take photos of the damaged box and items before filing a claim.
