How does WD Global protect my brand?
We are more than just a retailer; we are brand stewards. We strictly adhere to your MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) policies and quality control standards to ensure your brand’s integrity is never compromised in the marketplace.
What is a return policy?
To ensure the safety and “chain of custody” of our inventory, wholesale orders are generally final. However, if any items arrive damaged or defective, we will facilitate a prompt replacement or refund in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty.
What payment methods do you accept?
We process B2B payments via Wire Transfer (ACH), Direct Deposit, and major Business Credit Cards. For long-term partners, Net-30 invoicing terms are available subject to credit approval.
Do you sell to third-party marketplaces?
We operate primarily as a direct retailer. However, we are experienced in the Amazon FBA ecosystem and only sell on marketplaces where we are fully authorized by the brand owner to do so. We do not support “gray market” reselling.
